Our farmer will lead you in the heart of the Apulian cuisine, putting your fingers literally in the pie. You will learn to prepare the dough with bran and flour, adding that just enough of salt and water, giving life to the unique orecchiette, to the witty cavatelli and the more relaxed strascinate or the must of Puglia the panzerotto. The lesson will be topped with the story dedicated to the farm production of different types of wheat, with nice anecdotes related to the tradition and the local history. A good glass of wine will pamper your heart and stimulate your creativity.
Panzerotti are a “must”! They are one of the most popular and envied food of the Bari cuisine, representing one of the best specialties ever; you can’t help but taste them. Since 1500, it’s the master of our local cuisine, becoming immediately the undisputed king of street foods. The “Ambassador” of Puglia in the world, a symbol exported everywhere, representing himself the regional cuisine, customs and traditions, at an international level.
Each family has its own recipe passed down through generations, because, as in all important aspects in the world, even for the panzerotto there are different philosophies and ways of thinking.
The place, the atmosphere and of course the Grandma experience! We will learn from her wise hands the ancient art of homemade orecchiette, following the traditional recipe with simple tools: water, flour, a pastry board and a knife.
And voilà, all having dinner with the perfect “orecchietta” and some typical products of our land!
Our sommelier will take you for a stroll around the farm, reaching the thousand years old olive grove, while telling you stories and traditions from the past connected to the rural production and the cultivation of extra virgin olive oil.
You will have the opportunity to taste the two qualities of extra virgin olive oil, all organically produced in the farm.
The experience will be enriched by a local aperitif (chick peas, fried broad beans, olives, friselle, tomatoes, almonds, taralli and focacce) putting your souls together embraced by the authentic taste of Puglia.

The experience will be enriched by other 5 Puglia wine with a local aperitif (chickpeas, fried broad beans, olives, friselle, tomatoes, almonds, taralli and focacce) putting your souls together embraced by the authentic taste of Puglia.
